House Rules & Policies

Please review our important policies before booking

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $150 is required with all bookings. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your pool party, provided no damages occur.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any type of altercations or fighting will result in immediate termination of your party. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Liability & Safety

Important Notice:

• No lifeguard on duty — there is no lifeguard present at the facility
• Swimmers use the pool at their own risk
• We are not responsible for any injuries that occur during your rental

Overtime Charges

Any time spent past your scheduled booking end time will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes. Please vacate the premises on time.

Entrance Charge Fee (Optional)

If you plan to charge an entrance fee for your event:

• Agreement required: At the start of the event, we must agree to the entrance charge amount
• Revenue sharing: A percentage of the total entrance fees collected must be paid to Emery's Pool
• Final accounting: Total occupancy will be counted at the end of the event to determine final amounts due
